Results of our studies indicated that the depth and the microhardess of the strengthened layer rose with decreasing of the part's movement velocity, increasing of the cutting depth and the longitudinal feed of the machine's table. Those results are significant for strengthening of seeding machine furrow-openers disks and other parts for increment of their working capacity. The wear resistance of 65G steel was studied for real working conditions of seeding machine furrow-openers disks under dry abrasive wear. It showed that thermal treatment, namely quenching and low-temperature tempering increased wear resistance of the specimens in a 2.6 times for testing by unfixed abrasive and in 13 times for testing by fixed abrasive. Subsequent increment of wear resistance could be achieved by surface strengthening treatments. Thus, thermal treatment could increase working capacity of the seeding machine furrow-openers disks at real working conditions. It was also shown that during the work of the material of drilling bits in the oil medium temperature and frequency didn't influence on the contact fatigue of steels. The contact endurance decreased with increasing of the temperature and decreasing of the frequency using aggressive water medium. It is important for drilling bits working in water media in conditions of rotary boring or turbo drilling. The parameters were optimized and the construction of the strengthening tool for surface nanostructurization of the plane, end and cylindrical surfaces was developed (patent application u 2020 06884 from 27.10.2020). A technological regulation for surface nanostructurization of the working parts of seeding machine furrow-openers disks by mechanical pulse treatment was developed.
