This alloy in the cast state prevails over the widely used high-strength alloy 1570 by 33% and 25% in terms of yield and ultimate strengths, respectively, and 62% in terms of corrosion current due to the replacement of manganese by chromium and microalloying with lanthanum, which leads to the cleaning of grain boundaries and enrichment of electrochemical potential. It is shown that after cold and the proposed hot rolling (at 360 oC) it is not inferior in strength and ductility to known alloys of the Al-Mg-Cr-Sc-Zr system (grades 1570 and 1545), but exceeds them in corrosion resistance and fatigue crack growth resistance characteristics , as well as 3.7 times the parameter of structural strength, which is comprehensively determined by the tensile strength, fatigue threshold and cyclic fracture toughness.
