The pipeline for transcriptome data analysis is integrated into the cloud environment of the Institute of Theoretical Physics with the help of open OpenStack software. RStudio Server, the software development environment in the R language, has also been deployed in the cloud environment. The obtained experimental data will be further analyzed for use as markers of physiological development of the placenta. The use of the cloud environment by the group of systems biology will continue to grow and be supplemented by new additional technologies in the analysis of genomics and transcriptomics.
