The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological concept of investigation financial determinants, to develop financial decision-making tools in conditions of uncertainty, scenarios of economic growth of regions and territorial communities, to develop practical recommendations for updating financial determinants to ensure their financial stability considering behavioral effects.
