Films of the HBP-OIL on a silicon substrate were obtained and their structural features were established by atomic force microscopy (AFM) depending on the temperature and ionic strength of the solution. Molecular-dynamic modeling of the interaction of macromolecules of synthesized ionomers with the surface of the silicon substrate is performed. Langmuir-Blodgett monomolecular films were obtained and their structure was studied, as well as such surface characteristics as modulus of elasticity, potential and hydrophilic-hydrophobic properties. The dependence of the structure and the specified characteristics of the ultrathin films on the structure of oligomeric and polymeric ionic liquids and the conditions of the films formation, namely surface pressure and temperature, is established.
