The purpose of the work is to improve the classification of morphology, technologies and waste management systems of the transport infrastructure of the technosphere. Research methods: monographic, analytical methods, standard microbiological and research of physicochemical and operational properties of kerosene and diesel fuel. Theoretical and practical results: - taxonomic analysis of a complex of micro-organisms isolated from landfills of transport infrastructure of Kyiv was carried out; - the ability of a complex of micro-organisms isolated from the landfill of the transport infrastructure of Kyiv to the destruction / degradation of diesel fuel and food was studied; - assessment of the biotechnological potential of microorganisms isolated from the city landfill of Kyiv for the disposal of petroleum products and solid organic waste.
