The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the system of quality assessment of education in higher education institutions by automating the collection and processing of information on the results of service activities of graduates. The following are used in the work: system analysis, method of expert evaluations, decomposition, composition, analysis, comparison, synthesis, modeling. The report provides: the results of the analysis of the experience of using the system of collecting and processing information to assess the quality of education of university graduates; developed a model of information collection and processing system for assessing the quality of education; the requirements to the automated information system of information collection and processing are substantiated. Main results: draft terms of reference for research and development work on building an automated information system for assessing the quality of education of university graduates based on the results of their service activities, developed proposals for amendments to existing regulations.
