Methods – comparative analysis, logical generalization and grouping are used to identify behavioural factors; to create build an empirical indicator of economic growth of the regions of Ukraine and financial well-being a multiplicative approach based on the Principal Components method was used; the substantiation of the mutual influences of economic growth of the regions and the financial well-being of communities was carried out with the help of VAR-modeling; graphic – to interpret the results.
