Generalized data of the literature on the current state of production of plant extracts and features of technology in their production; variants of LRS extraction were considered. The pharmaceutical market of Ukraine was also analyzed for medicines from viburnum (VIburnum opulus L.) and medicines used in dentistry. It is shown that the maximum extraction of polyphenolic compounds and flavonoids from air-dry matter occurs when using alcohol solutions of different concentrations to develop a dosage form that helps to suppress the development of inflammation in its early stages. Biological activity was predicted using the PASS program. The methods for studying antidepressant activity and acute toxicity were tested. Among the studied compounds, highly active samples were found for further study and development of the dosage form.
