The purpose of the work is to establish the main provisions (mogs) for further development of regulatory technical specifications for a specific type of construction products performed in the relevant Category, namely: - national documents of Ukraine on determining eligibility (according to Article 19 of the Law); - national standards that are not identical to the relevant harmonized European standards - for construction products provided and not covered or not fully covered by national standards for the purposes of the Law, which are identical to the relevant harmonized European standards (according to the sixth subparagraph of the first paragraph). 2 of Section VIII "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law); - generalization and systematization of relevant European documents with the use of national standards in European national standards for the purposes of this Law, which are identical to the relevant harmonized standards (according to the first part of Article 27 of the Law). Types of products, main significant operational characteristics, classes of the system, conditions performed by construction works to the system of evaluation of product characteristics are determined.
