Microbial complexes of different terrestrial plant grouping are characterized, depending on the depth of material collection, the potential biological activity of the studied substrates is determined. 7 isolates of microorganisms characterized by amylase, lipase, and protease activities were selected, their properties were studied and resistance to heavy metal compounds and ability to synthesize exopolysaccharides under these conditions were determined. According to the results of phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence and taking into account the physiological and biochemical properties, the isolates were identified as representatives of the genera Pseudomonas, Paenarthrobacter, Flavobacterium, Pseudarthrobacter, Pedobacter, Sphingomonas. In the Depository of microorganisms of the D. K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the NAS of Ukraine were registered two strains: Pedobacter sp. IMV B-7982 and Pseudarthrobacter sp. IMV B-7981. Strains are promising for use in biotechnologies of contaminated media purification and for the production of enzymes and exopolysaccharides.
