Methods of increasing soybean productivity have been proposed, in particular those involving the combined use of nodule bacteria and fungicides. Methods of analytical selection and transposon mutagenesis of soybean nodule bacteria were obtained and the degree of their resistance in vitro to the fungicides Maxim XL, Standak Top, Fever, Acanto Plus and Benorad was determined , their competitiveness is investigated. It was found that the activity of phenolic metabolism enzymes: phenylalanine-ammonium lyase, polyphenol oxidase and guaiacolperoxidase in soybean roots and root nodules in the early stages of ontogenesis is due to both symbiotic properties of strains and the spectrum of active substances different in effectiveness of symbiotic soybean systems. The need to study mixed bacterial cultures and the possibility of using F1 soybean rhizobacteria as a factor in improving the nutrition of plant macroorganisms and stimulating the growth of nodule bacteria in order to increase the adaptability of soybeans in arid conditions. The prospects of research of plant lectins in order to eliminate or reduce the negative impact of stress factors, in particular fungicides on the formation, functioning and effectiveness of legume-rhizobial symbioses are shown. The expediency of using succinic acid and 24-epibrasinolide to activate the process of fixation of molecular nitrogen by symbiotic systems of soybeans, in particular when using the fungicides Standak Top and Fever. The prospects of using carmoizin in the production of solid-phase biological products are noted. Product Description popup.authors Vorobey Nadiya A. Zhemoida Alla V.
