Sampling of components of aquatic ecosystems for field and laboratory researches was executed. The results of measurements of the specific activity of the main dose-forming radionuclides in aquatic biota are obtained. Field and laboratory studies of anatomical-morphological and population-species characteristics of zoobenthos have been carried out. Samples were taken for laboratory cytogenetic and hematological studies. Laboratory studies of meristic, plastic and anatomical and morphological characteristics of fish and sampling of zoobenthos for laboratory determinations of population and species indicators was executed.
