The object of research is the planning, deployment, operation and protection of the government mobile radio network based on the 5G concept in Ukraine. The aim of the work is to investigate methods and technologies to improve the quality of service provision and data protection in government mobile radio networks based on the 5G concept in Ukraine. To achieve the mentioned above purpose, methods of parametric optimization of channels, statistical radio engineering methods, methods of information theory and signal transmission were used; methods of the theory of electromagnetic waves propagation; computer modeling methods; methods of direct synthesis, information protection theory; mathematical statistics; object-oriented programming; set theory; methods of system and structural analysis, etc. Practical results and novelty: the method of planning the network of the cellular operator is improved; the method of service quality key indicators estimation, level of information security and efficiency of cellular networks functioning is developed; the optimization method for the subsystem of base stations of the cellular operator is developed; the optimization method for the multilevel transport segment of the cellular network is developed; the estimation method for efficiency of functioning of the program-configured network is developed; software for verifying the proposed methods, models and for confirming their efficiency is developed; methods and models for monitoring and forecasting cyber incidents in cellular networks are developed; recommendations for cybersecurity of cellular networks of Ukraine are developed.  Product Description popup.authors Gizun Andrii I.
