Kukhar Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Based on the OSNEM web platform, QSAR classification models with high stability and predictability have been developed, the use of which has predicted the activity of oxazoles - as glutathione reductase inhibitors with high in vitro antifungal properties against both standard and fluconazole-resistant fungal strains. Developed classification QSAR-models of antibacterial activity and in vitro studies have suggested a number of quinolines as effective antibacterials against E. coli strains, including antibiotic-resistant. The established toxicity of the compounds in the model of the aquatic organism D. magna allowed to recommend a number of them as promising antibacterials. Studies of the potential antibacterial mechanism of action of quinoline derivatives have shown that the complexation of the most active ligands occurs in the field of DNA gyrase B E. coli associated with phosphoaminophosphonic acid adenylate. The presented target molecule can be used to search for and construct new enzyme inhibitors as potential antibacterials. It has been experimentally shown that the studied onium salts are safe in terms of inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase. Most of them have pronounced antioxidant properties. Phosphonium salts have the greatest ability to inhibit the processes of free radical oxidation in vitro, in some cases exceeding the value of the known antioxidant ionol.
