The reaction device is designed in such a way that it is possible to activate the catalyst by means of an artificial directed flow of protons or by mechanical means - the creation of elastic-deformation oscillations at the points of contact of the active surfaces of the granules. During the preparatory work with the components of catalytic systems, a number of modern methods of studying the physicochemical properties of these materials were used. The following research methods were used: X-ray fluorescence analysis, X-ray spectral analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier IR spectroscopy, X-ray phase analysis, atomic force spectroscopy, gas chromatography. The method of obtaining composite membrane and granular catalysts with the possibility of controlling each component in the process of their manufacture has been developed. Test tests of the laboratory installation in the classical conditions of the process of hydrogenation of carbon oxides on granular catalysts were carried out. During the hydrogenation processes it was possible to obtain the planned target products such as: lower aliphatic alcohols, methane and its homologues.
