The largest species diversity of endohelminth community was found in Notothenia coriiceps (26 species); in Parachaenichthys charcoti 18 species were found, namely 6 species of trematodes, 3 species of cestodes, 2 species of nematodes and 7 species of acanthocephalans. In the structure of endohelminth communities, according to the level of infection prevalence, the following groups are distinguished: dominant (EI = 70–100%), background (EI = 20–70%) and rare species (EI <20%). Species diversity of endohelminth communities of pelagic species of bony fish is lower; in Chaenocephalus aceratus 20 species were found, in Champsocephalus gunnari - 8, Pseudochaenichthys georgianus - 16. Comparative analysis of faunal similarity of helminth of benthic and pelagic species fish showed a high level of difference (80.1%). Four species of endohelminths (Corynosoma pseudohamanni, Contracaecum sp., Pseudoterranova sp. and larval stages of trilocular metacestoids) had the greatest impact on the level of faunal differences (62.73% in total), can be considered as indicator species in further studies of individual populations of bony fish from different regions of the Southern Ocean.
