The object of study - the main trends in metrological systems of developed countries, in particular, Germany (Federal Institute of Physics and Technology - PTB) and the United States (National Institute of Standards and Technology - NIST) in the digital transformation. The subject of the research is the development of digital calibration certificates for measuring instruments (MI) in PTB and NIST for their implementation in Ukraine. Research method - analysis of digital transformation of metrological works and services, in particular, introduction of digital MI calibration certificates; implementation of the CIPM MRA agreement; participation in the work of international and regional metrological organizations. The novelty of the work is the first comprehensive study of the digital transformation of metrological services, in particular, the development of digital MI calibration certificates in PTB and NIST, and prepared proposals for optimizing the requirements for MI calibration certificate and implementation of digital MI certificates. Implementation of the work - the results of the study were used to prepare proposals for the draft Digital Transformation Plan in the field of metrology in Ukraine. Recommendations for the use of results of work - the results of work can be used to establish requirements for the MI calibration certificate and make changes to regulations in the field of metrology. Scope - ensuring the uniformity of measurements in Ukraine during the provision of metrological services.
