As a result of research in 2021 the following results were obtained: purified oxidoreductases - yeast alcohol oxidase (AO) and flavocytochrome b2 (FC b2), fungal laccase were isolated and chromatographically purified; a number of electro- and catalytically active nanomaterials (NMs) were synthesized; NMs with peroxidase (PO) and laccase properties have been characterized and used in amperometric sensors for the analysis of hydrogen peroxide and adrenaline, respectively, in model and real samples; biosensors based on glucose oxidase, AO, FC b2 laccase and NMs were designed and characterized; it was shown that the introduction of an artificial PO into the biosensing layer instead of the natural enzyme leads to a significant improvement of the analytical characteristics of the biosensor; it was shown that the developed biosensors are suitable for the analysis of target analytes in real food samples; stabilized enzyme preparations and NMs were transferred to a Lithuanian partner to carry out research on the project. According to the results of the research in 2021, 6 articles, 2 chapters in a monograph and 3 conference abstracts were published, 1 article was accepted for publication.
