In such conditions, the hydrodynamic forces arising in narrow clearances are very important, which can be both stabilizing and destabilizing. Thus, the development of methods for analyzing the force characteristics of multi-annular seals-bearings, rolling bearings, combined hydrostatodynamic bearings and methods for improving the tribological characteristics of plain bearings and seals is of great scientific interest and important scientific and practical importance for new knowledge in such fields as industry engineering, aviation and space technology, energy and transport.
