A close positive correlation of yield with the values of chlorophyll index and net productivity of photosynthesis of crops in the phase of milk-wax ripeness was revealed. It is shown that the longer duration functioning of the photosynthetic apparatus, due to the genetic characteristics of the variety and foliar feeding with complex microfertilizers, helps to increase the productivity of wheat plants. It was found that the use of analytically selected and transformed with plasmid vectors pSUP5011 :: Tn5mob and pSUP2011 :: Tn5 active highly virulent strains of nodule bacteria B. japonicum for presowing inoculation of soybean seeds enhanced nitrogen-fixing and contributed to the activization of biosynthetic processes, which was accompanied by stimulating the growth of vegetative mass of plants The results show that the creation and introduction of new varieties of winter wheat with increased photosynthetic activity under adverse conditions, and increased nitrogen-fixing activity in symbiotic soybean systems through the use of highly active strains of nodule bacteria can significantly increase the yield of these crops and addressing food security, environmental protection and energy conservation Product Description popup.authors Vorobey Nadiya A.
