ІМВ В--7570 from the “Collection of strains of microorganisms and plant lines for agricultural and industrial biotechnology” SE “Institute of Food Biotechnology and Genomics of the NAS of Ukraine”. The aim of this study was to evaluate producer strains using bioinformatics. Obtained the genome of the strain Clostridium sp. ІМВ B-7570, which was collected in 6 scaffolds with a total size of 4,311,124 bp. The largest of the scaffolds has a size of 2,195,989 bp, the smallest - 19,406 bp The GC content of the genome is 29.7%, which corresponds to the GC content of the genomes of other species of Clostridium. The genome encodes 4,075 genes, of which 3,996 encode proteins, including 3,385 for which function is predicted and 611 for hypothetical function. The genome also contains 14 operon rRNA and 59 tRNA.
