The analysis of conditions of occurrence of "quasi-second" kind phase transitions due to growth of magnetoelastic interaction at martensitic phase transformations is carried out. The conditions of elastically controlled and magnetically controlled metamagnetic-like phase transitions are determined. The influence of such transitions on the magnetocaloric effect, on the static magnetic properties of the material, as well as on the dynamic characteristics of magnetoelastic waves is estimated. The theoretical model describing the spatial reconfiguration of defects in the crystal and related phase transitions based on two- and three-component order configuration parameters is proposed. The theory of direct and inverse giant magnetocaloric effect is constructed. The theory of the description of the damping of coupled magnetoelastic waves in magnetically ordered materials is developed on the basis of the model of construction of the general dissipative function, which takes into account all types of interaction in magnets and symmetry of the crystal. The contribution of magnetoelastic interaction to dissipative processes in the vicinity of magnetostructural phase transformations is analyzed and its essential role in the case of magnetoacoustic resonance is shown. The behavior of magnetoelastic interaction and the spectra of coupled magnetoelastic waves in the vicinity of metamagnetic phase transitions have been studied. The dependence of the magnetoelastic interaction on the magnetic phase state of the magnet is established. Product Description popup.authors Danilevich Oleksandr G.
