This is a comprehensive study in which it is planned to create and test a technique that will record the volt-ampere characteristics of thin-film systems under the action of external loads. To do this, the UPM-11 kinetic indentation device available in the department will be modified so that the load is applied to a pre-pointed iron cantilever, which will be connected to the measuring circuit and act as one of the contacts. As a result, conditions will be created that will allow to gradually deepen the ferromagnetic material into the dielectric and study the electrical properties of the system depending on the thickness of the dielectric layer. The use of cantelevers with different area of ​​the tip will investigate the effect of contact area on the electrical properties of the system.
