Such components include the cost of purchasing electricity in the RDN segment and the cost of accrued imbalances. An experimental computer program for calculating the cost of electricity has been developed, which implements the given mathematical models for calculating the market value of electricity and retail prices for electricity consumers for options for consumers with hourly electricity metering and without hourly metering, as well as independent consumer participation in the wholesale market. Studies of the volume of electricity imbalances based on the results of the balancing market for the market zones of the UES of Ukraine and Burshtyn Energy Island in order to forecast their volumes. In the framework of studies of samples of electricity imbalances it was determined that the data are non-stationary random time series with high autocorrelation, so for their short-term forecasting it is advisable to use one-factor models based on autoregressive methods.
