The subject is methodological principles and methodological tools for identifying optimal patterns of interaction between economic entities, authorities and educational institutions that ensure the growth of economic, social and information security of the country and regions in the context of society digitalization. The methodological basis of the study is a synergetic theory of self-organization of socio-economic systems, modeling the behavior of open stationary systems, econometrics, modern concepts of behaviorism, development of domestic and foreign scientists in national security, modernization of education, convergence of educational and economic transformations, society digitalization.
