The subject of the study is the mRNAseq profile obtained as a result of total deep RNA sequencing, human placenta-derived MSC, human umbilical vein endothelial cells. The aim of this work is to determine the angiogenic potential of individual subpopulations (single cell-derived clones) of placenta-derived MSC. Research methods - isolation and culturing of human placenta-drived MSC, isolation of single cell clones, bioinformatics analysis of RNA seq. Results and their novelty. On the basis of the first stage of research, we obtained two single cell-rerived clones from bulk placenta-derived MSC. These clones had high proliferative potential. RNAseq revealed abundance of angiogenesis-related genes in clones in compare to bulk MSC. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were isolated, culturing and cryopreserved for further development of a model system of functional assessment of angiogenic potential of single cell-rerived clones and bulk placenta-derived MSC.
