The purpose of the work - to develop methods for measuring the electrochemical and fluorescent characteristics of solutions, sols and hydrogels of alginate in the absence and in the presence of biomolecules and cells; development of probes based on associations of organic reagents with ionic and nonionic surfactants in alginate-structured medium for the study of fluorescent, spectrophotometric and colorimetric characteristics of biomolecules and cells immobilized in alginate gel. Research methods - cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, fluorescence, spectrophotometry, colorimetry. Measurements of electrochemical characteristics of solutions and gels were performed using a potentiostat from PalmSens (Netherlands) using a three-electrode cell based on printed planar electrodes (DPE); the analytical signal of the surfactant in the reaction with organic reagents in the work was evaluated by fluorescence, spectrophotometry and colorimetry. Evaluation of the colloid-chemical properties of reagent-surfactant associate solutions was performed by turbidimetry. Control of the acidity of the medium in the experiment was carried out by pH potentiometry. The electrochemical and fluorescent characteristics of alginate gels in the absence and in the presence of biomolecules and cells were studied. Electrochemical studies were performed using printed planar electrodes. Carbon, platinum or gold electrodes were working. Cyclic voltammograms of the nutrient medium for cells have been studied. It has been proved that cyclic voltammetry allows to detect electroactive compounds of nutrient solution, but after contact of cells with nutrient medium changes in the concentration of its electroactive components are not observed.  Product Description popup.authors Klovak Viktoriya О.
