Study of the obtained nanosorbents for application in treatment of industrial wastewater, exhausted technological solutions and galvanic sludge was carried out. Degree of extraction for heavy metal ions up to 99.7% has been experimentally confirmed for both rising and concentrated wastewater treatment using nanosorbents. An installation for ferritisation process with electromagnetic pulse activation method has been created. The efficiency of using electromagnetic pulsed discharges with magnetic field strength of 0.298 T and a range of generating frequencies from 0.5 to 10 Hz to activate ferritization has been experimentally confirmed. A method for purification of exhausted sulfuric acid pickling solutions has been developed. It was found that the most effective results of Fe2+ ions extraction were achieved at initial concentration of metal ions of 6.6 g/dm3, pH value 11.5, process duration 15 minutes. Residual concentrations of these ions in the purified solution reach values at electromagnetic pulse and traditional thermal method of activation - 0.03 and 0.26 mg/ dm3, respectively; degree of ion extraction is 99.99%. The influence of the aeration rate of the reagent mixture on the purification process of exhausted electrolytes was studied. With increasing aeration rate from 0.5 to 2.5 dm3 /min, concentration of heavy ions decreases to 0.08 ÷ 0.16 mg/dm3. Purified water is suitable for reuse in electroplating facilities. Innovative complex technological schemes of galvanic waste treatment and processing - wastewater and galvanic sludge by improved ferritisation and sorption methods using nanomaterials were developed and scientifically substantiated. The adaptation of technological equipment for obtaining nanosorbents to industrial conditions has been performed.
