A procedure for processing images of the earth's surface for monitoring the area to determine long-term changes has been developed. It is necessary to conduct video monitoring of the study area periodically in the long run, in fact, each time to do mapping of the area automatically. The idea is to obtain different-time images of some areas of the studied areas adjacent to each other, with a clear spatial reference and further in the general case of compensation for misalignment of different time frames of remote sensing images, combination of images from different aircraft, neutralization atmospheric phenomena and noise filtering in the image. During the work 2 scientific articles were submitted for publication in scientific collections and 4 reports were made at 2 international conferences, technology was designed and submitted to UkrINTEI for consideration.
