Atomic force studies of the structure of the film formed in different cases have been carried out. It was observed a significant increase in the polarization of luminescent radiation of Alq3 films deposited on substrates at an angle. The influence of the constant external field and the substrate charge on the spectral characteristics of plasmon resonance in silver nanoparticles, which are planned to be intercalated into a radiating structure to increase the efficiency of their luminescence, is modeled.
