Results and novelty: The effect of local acceleration and rotation on vortex transport in a system of coupled coplanar superfluids has been studied for the first time. A new method of non-destructive measurement of the quantum state in toroidal Bose condensates is proposed. The possibility of coupled flows in superfluid rings as a promising platform for building a quantum information processing system has been investigated.
