Beech virgin forests of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve and the steppe areas of the Askania-Nova Biosphere Reserve were selected as natural phytocenoses. The aim was to investigate the influence of aboriginal soil microalgae on the structural and functional organization of natural and artificial biogeocenoses under anthropogenic load and climate change. Research methods - microbiological, agrochemical, physiological, biochemical, allelopathic, field, laboratory, statistical. Significance of the work: the mechanisms of synecological interaction of soil microalgae with higher plants and microorganisms in biogeocenoses with increasing anthropogenic load and climate change are determined. Conclusions and proposals: the significant influence of experimental strains of soil microalgae on agrophysical and agrochemical characteristics of soil was established. The values of redox potential and electrical conductivity were the most significant concerning the culture fluid. The synecological role of microalgae in the formation of a pool of macro-and microelements in the soil was proved, in particular, regardless of the biological characteristics of plants and strains, an increase in magnesium concentration was observed. The obtained dependence requires further experimental studies, as selected from natural and artificial biogeocenoses strains of microalgae are characterized by high photosynthetic activity. Also noteworthy is the fact that the phosphorus content in the soil increases with the introduction of culture fluid, and given the shortage of world reserves of raw materials for the production of phosphate fertilizers, the dependence can serve as an alternative to mineral phosphates.
