The purpose of the work is to generalize and develop methodological approaches, information support and implementation of examples of assessment of possible consequences of regulatory decisions in the field of tariff policy in the sectors of transport and energy infrastructure. Research methods. The theoretical basis of scientific research was the development and development of foreign scientists and experts in public administration and regulatory policy. The methodological basis of the work are general scientific research methods and special methods that meet the objectives of the study, namely: abstract-logical, structuring, systematization, classification, generalization, economic-statistical, mathematical, economic modeling and graphic methods.The advantages and disadvantages of existing methods of assessing the impact of regulatory decisions in the economy in general and in the field of tariff policy in the energy and transport sectors, in particular, and on this basis revealed the lack of existing tools and information support regulation of the economic interests of citizens, businesses, the state and the economy as a whole. Based on the results of comparative analysis of methodological and practical approaches to assessing the consequences of regulatory decisions in the economy as a whole and in the field of tariff policy in the energy and transport sectors, in particular, used in domestic and international practice, their improvement. The expediency, possibilities and proposals of their implementation in the domestic methodological support depending on the degree of influence of the regulatory act on the interests of citizens, business entities, the state and the economy are substantiated.
