Initial data were established for the construction of models of these phenomena. New theoretical models of wave perturbations in the atmosphere and ionosphere have been developed, taking into account the inhomogeneity of the medium and the effects of dissipation. Methods have been developed for recovering the characteristics of atmospheric disturbances from ground measurements by a network of VHF radio transmitters, as well as their verification using experimental data. New methods of processing long time series and signals taking into account their non-stationarity and fractality have been developed. The mechanisms of interaction of subsystems in the Earth-Atmosphere-Ionosphere system during the action of high-energy sources of natural and man-made origin are studied. To obtain initial parameters for building an empirical model of such interaction, radiophysical and magnetometric data obtained during solar eclipses, summer solstice, vernal equinox and magnetic storms were processed. The models of perturbations in the Earth-Atmosphere-Ionosphere system have been developed, taking into account the rotation of the atmosphere as a whole and the effects of dissipation. The peculiarities of the spectrum of evanescent acoustic-gravity waves in the atmosphere have been studied: the existence of special evanescent modes, the peculiarities of their attenuation, and the modification of the spectrum under the influence of the Earth's rotation. Based on experimental data, a method for identifying acoustic-gravity waves in the atmosphere and ionosphere using satellite measurements has been developed and tested.
