The purpose of the development is to reduce the time for technological preparation of production by creating software and hardware for digital twins of precision finishing processes with detonating gas mixtures in the production of weapons, military equipment, aircraft units and other high-precision mechanisms. Research methods - numerical methods for solving problems of the gas-dynamic flow and combustion processes of a fuel mixture, full-scale factorial experiment and methods for assessing errors, methods of mathematical modeling of initiation of detonation by a spark discharge, method of phi-functions for problems of dispersed layout. The verification of the fuel mixture generating and ignition systems of the automated complex for thermal impulse processing was carried out, taking into account their subsequent certification through experimental and numerical studies. Organizational and technical measures for safe operation were developed and implemented, and a series of full-scale and numerical experiments were carried out to study the generation and ignition of a fuel mixture using automated thermal pulse processing unit. An autonomous measuring complex has been developed, in which all measuring, recording and control equipment is located inside the housing, which prevents its damage by external factors. The work of the recorder is synchronized with the working cycle of the test board. A laboratory stand has been designed for experimental studies of fast-flowing processes of interaction of combustion products of detonating gas mixtures with processing objects. A program has been developed, according to which it is planned to conduct experimental studies. On the basis of a sparse balanced arrangement problem, a software has been developed for determining the position of 2D objects during thermal pulse processing.
