The system of monitoring social problems of Zakarpattya has been improved, the analysis of innovations in the theory and practice of organization of social services as a conceptual basis of life of social groups and communities of Zakarpattya has been carried out. The main educational trajectories of social actors are outlined with a focus on improving the system of professional training of specialists in sociology and social work. Recommendations for the development of a strategy for the development of territorial communities of Zakarpattya have been prepared, and a number of territorial community’s passports have been developed
