Two features of particle dynamics in this case are revealed  the stepwise nature of energy exchange between wave and particles and the new mechanism of occurrence of regimes with chaotic dynamics due to the appearance of special points where the uniqueness theorem is violated. An expression for the friction force of a relativistic charged particle beam in an external periodic field is obtained, which describes the average change in the momentum of charged particles per unit time. Consideration of this effect is important when creating X-ray free electrons lasers operating in the mode of self-amplification of spontaneous radiation (so-called SASE). The excitation of wake fields by a relativistic electron cluster in an ionic dielectric waveguide in the infrared and terahertz frequency ranges has been studied for high-gradient methods of charged particles acceleration. Numerical modeling of laser pulse dynamics at its interaction with inhomogeneous plasma of the target in the problem of laser inertial confinement fusion (ICF) is performed, which showed the possibility of complete absorption of laser pulse energy in the target plasma. For the problem of ICF on heavy ions, the dynamics and acceleration of the high-current ion beam in the electric field of the induction accelerator depending on its density and in the conditions of compensation by electron beams were studied.
