The purpose of the study: to develop and research cyber-physical models for medical and biological processes and propose their software implementation. Research methods: theories of stability and control, theories of functional-differential equations, theories of bifurcation and chaos, theories of difference equations and machine learning. Objectives of the study: - obtaining compartmental mathematical models of cyberphysical systems of medical and biological processes using lattice differential and difference equations with delay; - development of methods of computational mathematics to solve problems of research of permanence, extinction and stability of compartmental mathematical models of cyberphysical systems of medical and biological processes with the use of lattice differential and difference equations with delay; - development of methods of computational mathematics in relation to solving problems of research of exponential stability of recurrent neural network models for cyberphysical systems of medical and biological processes; - creation of an algorithm of optimal control in the model of cyberphysical system of laboratory diagnostics on the basis of polymerase chain reaction; - development of new methods of organization and optimization of modeling processes of cyberphysical biosensor systems using hybrid programming and interpretation of modeling results in the form of images of phase planes, lattice portraits and discretized signals; - creation of effective software tools for computer implementation of methods of mathematical modeling of compartmental medical and biological processes.
