The installation of the RMS-R3 detector system to the nominal operating position in the LHCb experimental area approximately 2.2 m from the IP8 interaction point was performed. The system's data are being integrated into the LHCb global readout and control system. The RMS-R3 system also serves as a prototype of the elemental control of the dynamic position of the micro-targets in the LHC beam halo. The concept and design of a prototype of a target assembly with several independent micro-targets has been developed. A hybrid system of linear mechanical drive based on a miniature stepper motor and a MEMS motor is proposed for each target. First, the use of MEMS technology was discussed to control the position of micro-strip targets with a thickness and width of 1 μm and a length of up to 1 cm, that based on metal micro-strip technology created in the INR, NAS of Ukraine. To simulate the detector's response for the LHC beam collisions with a prototype of a solid-state microtarget Monte Carlo simulations were performed. The analysis of LHCb physical data was carried out on the generation of neutral strange hadrons in p-Pb collisions at an energy of 8.16 TeV in c.m.s. of nucleon pairs. Software scripts that allow parallelising process of data selection in many streams, on many computers have been developed. For preselected data different dependences on multiplicity, efficiency of particle reconstruction, momentum distribution, transverse momentum, rapidity, pseudo-rapidity, various multiplicity parameters and impact parameter are determined. Differential and double differential cross-sections of neutral K-meson and lambda-baryon production as a function of rapidity y and transverse momentum pT were measured.
