The purpose of the research is to determine methodological approaches and develop practical recommendations for administrative and legal support of information security of minors based on the analysis of scientific literature, current legislation of Ukraine and relevant bylaws, international legal documents, as well as practical experience. Carried out by juvenile prevention units of the National Police of Ukraine. To achieve the goal, solve the problems used a set of interrelated general scientific methods: theoretical: analysis and synthesis - to identify the essence of the phenomenon, highlighting social, organizational, legal factors that increase the statistics of juvenile delinquency committed in cyberspace; empirical: interviews, surveys, questionnaires, testing of children, parents, teachers, psychologists to study the causes of child and adolescent vagrancy, crime and deviant behavior; observational (direct and indirect observation of adolescents prone to violations of human rights and freedoms).
