Today, these processes and patterns are insufficiently studied and there is no single installation, the design parameters of which can provide a temperature regime that will dissolve oxygen in the reservoir, create a mixture of water and air for oxygen saturation, both summer and winter. Conditions that increase the negative impact of climatic factors and mediate the expansion of cyanobacterial blooms and related to human activities were analyzed: excessive content of fertilizers and excess wastewater nitrogen and phosphorus, organic matter, iron and macronutrients, conductivity and salinity , climate change, temperature. Existing means and ways to prevent eutrophication. Disadvantages and advantages of preventive and regulatory measures to prevent eutrophication. The design parameters of the installation to prevent eutrophication of the reservoir are substantiated. An instrument for aeration and temperature stabilization has been developed.
