Methodologies, and software tools for the development of knowledge-based intelligent software systems, were studied. A new methodology for the creation of knowledge-based intelligent software systems based on object-oriented dynamic networks, as well as the architecture for the corresponding software tool for the design of such systems, were developed. The obtained results can be used for the development of the software tool for the design of domain-oriented knowledge-based intelligent software systems based on object-oriented dynamic networks, as well as for the development of such systems focused on the computational linguistics domain.
