Aim– to work out the complex of antituberculosis measures for reduction of frequency relapses in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Methods: mathematical, statistical. It is well-proven diminishing of relapses incidence (RTB) in patients with TB on 46,0 % from 2015 to 2020 years, but incidence of RTB with bacteriosecretion was higher in 2,6–3,9 time, than incidence without bacteriosecretion; high percent of patients with RTB in general quantity of sicks (21,5–19,0 %) without reliable changes for 5 years; diminishing on 28,5 % amounts of cases with bacteriologically confirmed diagnosis of multidrugresistance TB (MDR-TB), but an increase from them of percent of patients with RTB. Percent of RTB detection and other cases of the repeated treatment of TB from 2015 to 2019, as on sputum smears and on sputum smears and by/or culture, was 59,1–59,4 and 79,4–81,4. The increase of percent of detection of patients with positive sputum smears at the years (bacterioscopy/or bacteriological methods) on 18,2 % and quantity of patients with bacteriosecretion on 4,6 % from the general amount of patients was marked. On a background the decline of amount of patients in combination with AIDS on 12,0 % from 2015 to 2019 growth of relapses was marked among them on 19,3 %. It were determined criteria of control estimation of relapses in patients with TB which include the indexes of dynamics of incidence of RTB with bacteriosecretion and without bacteriosecretion, percent of patients of RTB in general amounts of new cases of TB+ relapses and other for 5 years, that is basis for timely development of antituberculosis measures and their optimization for prevention of RTB with the purpose of increase of efficiency of detection and the treatment of patients.
