Purpose of work – evaluation of protective polymeric coating in sub-roofing space of «Shelter» object as of 2021 and forecast of its state in the next year. Investigation and forecast methods – mathematic statistical analysis of results of monitored activity of radioactive releases from «Shelter» object, level of strippable radioactive contamination, deposition of radioactive aerosols in assigned monitoring points, radioactive aerosol concentrations in basic volume of NSC–SO complex and estimate of protective features along the square of degraded coating in line with GOST 9.407-84 and determination of coating thickness at sampled samples-witnesses in laboratory. The results of scientific researches will be used in taking decisions on terms of irrigation realization by protective coating on inter-buttress surfaces and «break-up» surfaces in sub-roofing space of «Shelter» object when detecting ruination processes in protective coating by deflation processes resulting in uncontrollable growth of radioactive aerosol concentrations inside the NSC-SO complex.
