The purpose of the study is to determine the magnitude of the impact technological and design parameters the winding mechanism on the dynamic characteristics in the process development of packaging; development of recommendations for the design and modernization of mechanisms rewinding machines with increased winding speed. Research methods - experimental studies were conducted on basic rewinding machines BP-340 and "Polycon". Analytical studies were conducted using the theory of oscillations, Lagrange equations of the second kind, the method of semi-rigid spindle. The result is algorithms for determining: - frequencies of natural oscillations of the mechanism in the process of winding threads and determines the optimal operating speeds of the machine; - critical speeds of the bobbin holder with three conical packing taking into account the rolling roller; - dynamic characteristics of the bobbin holder suspension for different designs of the rolling roller. Developed by: - designs of the rolling roller which allow to increase productivity of winding machines and to improve quality of packing; - construction of a stiffening roller of segment type on the basis of the Plicon machine; It is determined that the displacement of the package by ± 5 • 10-3 m leads to a change in the weight of the package by ± 2%. The developed devices allow to reduce the natural frequencies of the rocker arm by 70 ÷ 85%, which leads to a reduction of the dynamic load of the winding mechanism. It was found that when using the design of the rolling roller with three segments of geometric slippage is reduced by 18%, which improves the quality characteristics of the package.
