The purpose of the work is to develop, theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of a system of values ??in the context of professional and communicative culture of future doctors, as well as experimentally test their effectiveness in the process of learning foreign languages. Research methods: methods of theoretical and empirical research: synthesis, analysis, abstraction and concretization; analogies and modeling; quantitative and qualitative (scientometrics, bibliometrics, informatics); system analysis; questionnaire, testing, observation, experiment, generalization, method of deduction and induction. In this context, the GDR sets the following tasks: - to clarify and scientifically substantiate the essence of the concepts "professional culture of personality", "professional-communicative culture"; - to determine the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the formation of communicative culture of medical students in foreign language classes; - to determine and substantiate the communicative dimensions of the ethical culture of future doctors; - to develop, scientifically substantiate and test an experimental test of the effectiveness of the formation of communicative culture of future doctors in foreign language classes in higher medical institutions; - to select language and speech material for the formation of communicative culture of future medical workers in foreign language classes.
