The object of research is the reintegration of combatants and their families. The subject of research is psychological and legal aspects of reintegration of combatants into the conditions of peaceful life. Research methods are selected based on the defined goals and objectives, taking into account its object and subject. To solve the tasks we developed a research program, the implementation of which involved use of a set of general scientific methods: theoretical - analysis and generalization of scientific psychological literature and legal framework on the research problem, synthesis of information, content analysis; empirical - questionnaire and psychodiagnostic techniques. Quantitative processing of experimentally obtained research results was carried out using computer programs SPSS Statistics 23 and text editor Exsel 2010. Results: prepared guidelines for coverage of the content and essence of reintegration of combatants in Ukrainian and foreign science. On the basis of scientific approaches to the definition of reintegration and the conducted empirical research, a model of reintegration of combatants was developed and its psychological and legal features were revealed. The available material contains recommendations that can be used in the activities of law enforcement officers, such as veterans, human resources, scientists, psychologists and anyone interested in the reintegration of combatants.
