The conditions for the exciting of resonance in a multilayer metasurface consisting of layers with different composition of a periodic cell and the influence of the asymmetry of the excitation field, which occurs due to the oblique incidence of a plane electromagnetic wave on it, are studied. The possibility of forming a non-mirror reflection from such a metasurface in the frequency band is shown. For the first time, the possibility of developing a collimator with a bistable level of reflection based on a reflective metasurface with silicon disks in the conditions of their nonlinear interaction with light was shown. The dependences on the configuration of the periodic cell and the external electromagnetic field of the resonant properties of the metasurface formed by crossed lattices of bars made of nonreciprocal material are studied.
