ZI Nekrasov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for the production of high-strength reinforced steel of a new generation with a temporary resistance to rupture of more than 1000 MPa, which reduces energy and material costs for its production. Based on the results of theoretical and experimental research on the influence of technological parameters of production and methods of deformation and heat treatment on the peculiarities of structure formation and mechanical properties of reinforcing steel, technologies for strengthening pearlite grade steels (0.50-0.90% C) were developed using the following methods: 1) thermal hardening of reinforcement bars in the flow of the grade line of the rolling mill for strength classes A800 and A1000; 2) hardening during cold plastic deformation of hot-rolled steel (wire rod) with subsequent profiling of the surface under the condition of using an energy-efficient method. Technological solutions were developed that provided an increase in the overall level of quality, including technological plasticity of wire rod with a diameter of 8.0-16.0 mm from high-carbon steels, which led to the possibility of using energy-efficient schemes for cold-deformed reinforcing steel with a diameter of 5.0; 6.0 and 9.5 mm (strength classes for temporary tensile strength 1670 and 1770 MPa). The results of the work form a scientific basis and are ready-made technical solutions for industrial implementation at Ukrainian enterprises of technologies for the production of thermal hardening reinforcement bars and high-strength cold-formed reinforcement wire from pearlitic steels.  Product Description popup.authors Balakhanova Tetiana V.
